These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okpey platform. By registering an account or using any okpey service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

By accessing or using any part of the okpey platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Age Restriction — 21+ Only
okpey is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum gaming age requirements applicable across the Philippines. Players must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an Account. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function or contact okpey support at [email protected] — do not create a new account.
okpey reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, in its sole and absolute discretion and in accordance with its obligations to PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. okpey will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from okpey and requesting your password or full account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
Players must notify okpey immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, their Account. okpey shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
KYC Verification. okpey is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all Players. Full KYC verification — which requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, or Philippine driver's licence) and a matching selfie — is required before a Player may make withdrawals or before cumulative deposits exceed ₱10,000. okpey reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC verification.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, assign, or transfer their Account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the Account subject to immediate closure.
All transactions on the okpey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okpey supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and GrabPay. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your okpey Wallet instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on the issuing bank. okpey does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed by okpey within one (1) business day. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during operating hours. Withdrawals of ₱50,000 or more may require additional identity verification under PAGCOR AML requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
Funds Security
Player funds held in okpey Wallets are maintained separately from the Platform's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements. okpey does not use Player funds for operational expenses.
okpey reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending verification of identity, source of funds, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, okpey will notify the affected Player and provide reasonable opportunity to submit required documentation.
okpey may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, sports parlay boosts, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:
Players who are deemed by okpey in its sole discretion to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other forms of bonus abuse — may have their Account suspended and all bonus balances forfeited.
All games available on the okpey Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, a Player acknowledges and accepts the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.
okpey uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers in a licensed studio environment and are subject to separate independent audit.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. Stated RTPs are theoretical long-run figures calculated over millions of game rounds; individual session results may differ materially from the published RTP.
okpey reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. okpey's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to escalation to PAGCOR through the regulatory dispute resolution process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpey Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:
okpey employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in the above activities may have their accounts frozen pending investigation, and okpey may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

okpey will not knowingly permit any individual who has self-excluded or who is subject to a third-party exclusion order to maintain an active Account. If you become aware that a self-excluded individual has been able to access the Platform, please notify [email protected] immediately.
All content on the okpey Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "okpey", logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, user interface designs, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of okpey or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content without okpey's express prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of okpey's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpey's total liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okpey shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if okpey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okpey does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. okpey will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okpey's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
okpey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified and unencumbered balance in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within 14 business days of Account closure, subject to completion of any applicable KYC or AML verification requirements.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
okpey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Player rights, fee structures, or withdrawal conditions — okpey will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to the address registered on the Player's Account.
Continued use of the okpey Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Player does not agree with the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
The current version of these Terms, along with the date of last update, is always accessible from the footer of the okpey website. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.
These Terms & Conditions, and all matters arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the okpey Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
In the event of any dispute between a Player and okpey arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication. Disputes may be referred to okpey's customer support team at [email protected], which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution process for licensed online gaming operators. The decision of PAGCOR's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to judicial review under applicable Philippine law.
The parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms, and each party irrevocably submits to that jurisdiction.
